SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 11 BY THE SENATE                                                                                    
RESOURCES COMMITTEE,                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          Supporting development of the road belt electrical                                                                    
          transmission line; and urging members of the Alaska                                                                   
          delegation in Congress to pursue the development of                                                                   
          this high-voltage electrical line in the interior of the
